To participate in any Program or acquire any services or products offered by Vitt Sikhya through the Platform, you'll need internet access and a current valid accepted payment method specified during sign-up ("Payment Method"). Vitt Sikhya doesn't store your credit card information or any other restricted information according to Reserve Bank of India (RBI) regulations for payment processing; instead, we've partnered with payment gateways for handling payments. By using a third-party payment provider, you consent to adhere to their terms. If the third-party payment provider stores any such data, Vitt Sikhya isn't accountable for such storage, and it's your choice to permit the third party to store such data. Any losses resulting from this storage or usage will be solely your responsibility, and Vitt Sikhya is not liable for such losses or obligated to compensate for them in any way. You're also responsible for paying applicable fees for payments made through the Platform.

Vitt Sikhya or its representatives will not request OTP or other authentication-related information for any purpose. Exercise caution during payments and financial transactions.

Failure to pay the relevant Program fee might lead to your access to a Program being revoked. Depending on your transaction location, payment method, and issuance location, foreign exchange fees or rates may apply to your transaction. Vitt Sikhya doesn't support all payment methods, currencies, or locations.

Applicable taxes are determined based on the billing information provided during enrolment or purchase. You can cancel your enrolment anytime, subject to specific refund terms for each Program.
